Shopping Experience at Qoo10.com

Are you an online shopping freak? because I am hehe & in case you don't know, Qoo10 is not a physical shopping mall but it is a website selling a lot of stuff mainly from Korea.

So recently I bought skincare products through this website and I must say that I was very satisfied with their service so I'm gonna share with you guys.

Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Cleansing Foam, Skin Food Tomato Sleeping Pack and Holika Holika Miracle Seed First Essence.

I got sunburn after my department family day and that Skin Food Tomato sleeping pack is one of the recommended product by bloggers for whitening. Unfortunately this product doesn't available at their store and so does at Hermo,my (and online seller at instagram as well). I first found it at Lazada.com and almost purchased it when I realized the shipping process take one month. ONE MONTH?!

Hell no! Ain't nobody have that patience in them to wait for that long. I have sunburn skin here to be treated anyway.  

I found Qoo10 by accident (ads by Google actually) and found that sleeping pack sold by one of the seller there.

Basically, Qoo10.com is like Lazada, many sellers/stores sell their items on that website and you just have to pick one with cheapest price like I did. The risk is the products may not authentic or not as what they have displayed. That is why you have to read the customer reviews or if you have to, contact the seller directly (i did this because I put wrong address for shipping lol).

So here I list the pros & cons of shopping at this website:

PROS:

1. Some of the products are directly from Korea so if you're looking for a Korean product (I'd recommend their skin care, make ups and shampoo), just go here because they have almost everything (especially ones that are not sold in our country).
2. The shipping process is fast too. I bought my stuff on 2nd December and it arrived at my doorstep (I live in hostel so it arrived at the office actually lol) on 10 December. Considering it shipped all the way from Korea, 8 days is not that long.
3. Prices are cheaper compared to other websites. That Innisfree cleanser is RM33.50 at Hermo.my but I bought at only RM 30. I can't remember how much is the sleeping pack price at Lazada but I bought at only RM42 (both excluding postage)
4. They gave a lot of discounts too! RM 5 off for each new member, and they also have this coupon and stamps for other discounts. More you buy from them, more stamps hence, more discounts. YAY!
5. Authentic products. I got original products Alhamdulillah and it was still in sealed when I got it. But always, always check the reviews first before you buy anything online okay.

My heart blossom when I receive this :D

CONS:

1. The shipping fee is quiet high compared to when you buy from local websites (RM6/7 for postage). I paid RM11 for both products. The tips is to buy the products that you want from the same store so you only have to pay one shipping fee. Some of the store there put higher shipping fee so you really have to choose wisely.
2. Compared to other websites, Hermo.my give free shipping if you buy more than one item from their store while Althea.kr give free shipping directly from Korea when you shop RM150 and above from them (they are having sale now, RM 100 and they ship for free!)

In case you are scrolling through Qoo10.com and wondering if they are trusted or not, don't worry because I doubt too at first but my experience told me that you can trust them. So go, buy whatever you want and enjoy that RM5 off or other coupons you may get since Christmas sale are happening everywhere now. Have fun!
